Thank you for visiting us here at High Venture Design Co. In the event that you would like to return an item we are willing to help. We except returns of unworn, undamaged, and unwashed goods. An email must be sent to highventuredesignco@gmail.com within 21 days of the original purchase date in order to receive a refund or exchange for the product. Customers must pay the shipping fee in order to send back a product.

High Venture Design Co will not be held responsible for items damaged during the shipping process. If a product is suspected of being damaged during the manufacturing process, please send an email to highventuredesignco@gmail.com to inquiry about possible replacement options.
